Production Operative – Milton Keynes

Newstaff Employment is hiring a motivated and reliable Production Operative in Milton Keynes to join a well-established metal manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term career prospects, a pay increase after 3 months, and a supportive working environment.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.45 per hour (rising to £12.60 after 3 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am–2 pm & 12 pm–8 pm (weekly rotating shifts)
Job Type: Full-Time

  • Other metal forming and production tasks as required
  • Ability to work both shift patterns on a weekly rotation
  • Previous experience in a production or metalwork environment is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
