Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Legal Secretary in Twickenham to join a reputable law firm with a strong presence in the Private Client sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional legal environment, supporting fee earners with secretarial and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing full secretarial support to fee earners, including diary management and client liaison
- Audio typing and transcription
- Preparing estate accounts and legal documentation
- Typing wills, LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney) and Codicils
- Managing IHT forms and general Private Client administration
- Handling telephone enquiries professionally
- Document management and file organisation
- Minimum 12 months of legal secretarial experience (Private Client preferred, other areas considered)
- Strong audio typing and dictation skills
- Fast, accurate typing with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Friendly, flexible and collaborative team player
