Newstaff Employment is recruiting for a Garden Nursery Worker to join a thriving plant nursery based in Welham Green, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a passion for plants, and is seeking a hands‑on, full‑time role with the potential to become permanent.
- Watering plants and maintaining their overall health
- Assisting with stock movement and plant displays
- Carrying out heavy lifting (pots, compost bags, and other nursery materials)
- General upkeep and care of the nursery area
- Passion for gardening, plants, and working outdoors
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items safely
- Previous nursery or gardening experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail‑oriented
