Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced ERP Support Coordinator to join a dynamic, forward-thinking business based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Priority Software to play a key role in maintaining and optimising a critical business system across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for Priority ERP users, resolving system issues promptly
  • Liaise with IT and external providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Monitor ERP system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver user training sessions and create clear user guides and support documentation
  • Gather feedback from departments to coordinate enhancements or system modifications
  • Manage testing cycles, capturing and reporting any issues or negative outcomes
  • Coordinate with external ERP support for updates, customisations, and system upgrades
  • Identify opportunities for system optimisation and process improvements
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system accuracy
  • Implement best practices in ERP usage and data management
  • Support the Operations Director with additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a power user or coordinator of Priority Software
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence working across departments and with external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in documentation and delivering training
  • Project management skills would be advantageous
