Newstaff Employment has an exciting opportunity for experienced Car Sales Executives to join a long-established and successful car dealership based in Romford, Essex. This is a fantastic chance to work in a newly refurbished showroom with excellent earning potential and career progression opportunities.

Location: Romford, Essex
Salary: Basic salary + OTE up to £65,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, plus every other Sunday
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist potential customers visiting the showroom
- Advise on suitable vehicles, explaining features and benefits clearly
- Answer customer queries and provide finance/payment option guidance
- Ensure a first-class customer service experience at all times
- Work towards targets, closing sales effectively
- Report to the Sales Manager and support the wider sales team
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience in the automotive industry (or similar high-value sales environment)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence required
