CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Devices Clinical Safety Scientist, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: Hourly: Β£33.58 PAYE or Β£45 LTD/ Umbrella – this role is outside IR35. Medical Devices Clinical Safety Scientist Role: Lead & contribute to the development of safety processes for medical devices (MD). Support Clinical Safety resource upskilling for MDs and influence of external landscape/stakeholders. Provide ad hoc consultation to safety teams on MD related matters as appropriate. Your Background : Relevant MD safety expertise, along with an understanding of drug safety/pharmacovigilance, to ensure the integration of MD activities into the broader pharmacovigilance landscape. Previous Healthcare, Scientific or biomedical research background with clinical safety experience with the use of MDs and/or combination products in the pharmaceutical/biotech or MD industry. Knowledge of relevant MD regulations and industry standards. Demonstrable knowledge of MD clinical safety and relevant areas of science.
