The Role

As Projects Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a manufacturing environment. You will provide leadership, structure, and strategic direction across the project function, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. You will play a central role in driving performance, improving delivery processes, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and project teams

  • Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects

About You

  • Proven experience in project or programme management within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment
  • Experience leading or mentoring project managers or delivery teams

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global business environment
