New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives across Wiltshire and Somerset, with both temporary and permanent opportunities available.
We have a number of roles available with immediate starts for suitable candidates.
Locations We Are Recruiting In We are particularly looking for candidates based in or around:
- Melksham
- Trowbridge
- Westbury
- Warminster
- Frome
The Role As a Production Operative, your duties may include
- Operating assembly line equipment and machinery
- Assembling, packing, and labeling products to high standards
- Quality checking finished goods and identifying defects
- Supplying raw materials to production lines
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
- Working towards daily production targets
- Following strict health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Working Hours Candidates must be happy and flexible to work shifts, including:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
Additional shift patterns may be available depending on the site and role.
- What We Are Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not essential
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and physically active
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
