New Resource Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Warminster for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive warehouse and production environment where you will play a key role in stock movement, goods in/out, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts: Early: 5:45 am – 2:00 pm, Late: 1:45 pm – 10:00 pm Monday to Friday = 41.25 hours per week
The Role
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
- Load and unload deliveries
- Move stock and materials around site
- Support goods in / goods out processes
- Palletise, wrap and label stock
- Carry out daily FLT checks
- Work in line with all Health & Safety procedures
- Support wider warehouse and production tasks when required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or equivalent)
- Previous FLT or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible and willing to support wider operations
