We are looking for a talented Supplier Quality Engineer / Auditor to help us raise the bar on supplier performance and product excellence. This is a pivotal role in our clients high-performance electronics manufacturing stream, where your expertise will directly influence product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Opportunity You will be the key link between our clients organisation and their suppliers, ensuring they meet strict quality standards while developing their capabilities for the long term. Using proven methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen, you’ll drive measurable improvements, reduce variability, and strengthen the reliability of our supply base. What You’ll Do * Select, assess, and develop suppliers to align with our quality, delivery, and cost objectives * Lead supplier audits to ISO 9001 and internal standards, ensuring compliance and continual improvement * Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen principles to boost efficiency and eliminate waste * Monitor supplier KPIs and lead corrective/preventive action plans * Collaborate across engineering, procurement, and production to resolve issues and share best practices * Support onboarding and qualification of new suppliers for critical projects What You’ll Bring * Proven experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer, Auditor, or similar role in manufacturing or electronics * Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems * Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools * A track record of successfully developing suppliers and improving performance metrics * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships * Analytical thinking with a proactive, problem-solving mindset This vacancy is being advertised by New Resource Group.
