Role Overview: As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, supporting the recruitment cycle from initial contact to candidate onboarding. You will also contribute to business development activities by identifying new market opportunities and helping grow client relationships. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and, as such, will represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise vacancies and proactively source candidates through a variety of online platforms
- Conduct initial screening and compliance interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Perform reference checks and ensure full adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
- Maintain an accurate and current list of available candidates ready for placement
- Liaise with consultants and hiring managers to understand client needs and support the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions
- Identify and report on new business opportunities from market insights and job boards
- Deliver excellent service standards to both clients and candidates at all times
Candidate Profile: We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, well-organised, and eager to learn. While recruitment experience is not required, you must demonstrate:
