The Role As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant at New Resource Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in connecting outstanding talent with exceptional employers. You will act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, managing the full recruitment cycle with precision, professionalism, and urgency. Experience & Qualifications * A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a 360° recruitment role. * Strong understanding of recruitment practices, employment legislation, and market trends. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous (not essential). * Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for client visits and business development.
