Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and improving supplier performance, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Carrying out supplier audits, assessments, and leading improvement projects.
- Working with suppliers on electronics, plastics, and rubber components to meet ISO 9001 and internal quality requirements.
- Applying Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and statistical process control to strengthen supplier capabilities.
- Acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams on quality-related matters.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in supplier quality or related quality engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, SPC, DOE, audits).
- Background in electronics, plastics, or rubber manufacturing.
- A technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering preferred).
- Six Sigma / Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (including occasional international).
