The Role As a Quality Controller, you ll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.
Your responsibilities will include: * Inspecting and measuring plastic moulded components. * Using a range of measuring equipment including Vernier callipers, micrometers, shadowgraph projectors and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). * Producing quality documentation including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation. * Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining quality standards throughout production. * Working closely with the production team to resolve quality issues.
