The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 ÂŁ per year.
Purpose: To safely manufacture custom-designed electronic hardware to meet customer, regulatory, and specification requirements, as part of a collaborative Production Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture products in line with standard practices, build instructions, and safety requirements, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Operate production equipment and tooling correctly, ensuring all tools are safe and fit for use, and promptly reporting any issues to the Production Manager.
- Follow safe working practices at all times, including correct use of PPE where required.
- Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) processes, procedures, and work instructions to maintain product conformity.
- Apply a “Right First Time” approach to all tasks, ensuring consistent quality standards throughout the build process.
Knowledge / Experience:
- Required: Demonstrable experience in a similar manufacturing or production role.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Ideal: Qualification in Electronics Engineering.
