About the Role
As Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the care service, ensuring residents receive exceptional, personalised support that enables them to continue living life on their own terms. Working closely with the Village Manager and wider leadership team, you will:
- Lead the delivery of a high-quality domiciliary care service within the community
- Ensure care and support are personalised, responsive and aligned with regulatory requirements
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external partners
- Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team of care professionals
- Support residents to maintain independence, wellbeing and confidence in their own homes
- Manage service performance, quality standards and budgets
- Help shape the continued growth and success of the care offering within the village

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Senior-level experience within health and social care
- Experience leading and developing care teams
- Experience working with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Understanding of compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, RMA or equivalent (or willingness to work towards this)
- Full UK driving licence
