Due to continued growth and an expansion of the Engineering function, our client is looking to recruit 4 Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their maintenance team at a modern, high-volume food manufacturing facility. These are key positions responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and continuously improving a wide range of production equipment to maximise reliability, efficiency and operational performance.
Working closely with Production and Operations, you will provide advanced technical support, lead complex fault-finding activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in reducing downtime across the site.
The Role:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical faults while supporting continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Work closely with Production and Operations teams to minimise downtime, maximise equipment availability and support production targets.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, PPM schedules and asset information using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Promote engineering best practice and contribute to ongoing improvements across the maintenance function.
