New Resource Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Westbury to appoint a hands-on IT Manager who can combine technical delivery with strategic leadership. This is a standalone IT leadership role, where you will take full ownership of the site's IT environment, combining operational delivery, infrastructure management, and digital transformation leadership. You will act as the key IT partner to the business, ensuring technology not only runs smoothly day-to-day but also drives efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading all site IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Acting as the primary IT business partner to senior leadership
- Delivering IT and digital transformation projects end-to-end
- Managing ERP systems, business applications, and cloud services
- Supporting and developing the IT Support function
- Driving automation, AI, and efficiency initiatives
- Managing IT security, compliance, and governance standards
- Owning the IT budget and supplier relationships
- Collaborating with operations teams to improve systems and performance
