We are recruiting a Heating Engineer to join a well-established, growing business operating across the Midlands. Based from the Evesham area, this role covers approximately a 50-mile radius and offers long-term stability, strong benefits, and ongoing training. This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and working with a broad range of heating appliances and systems.
The Role
As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and installation of oil and gas-fired appliances across domestic and commercial customers. Your work will include:
- Servicing and maintaining boilers, Agas and Rayburns
- Fault-finding and repairing heating systems and controls
- Installing new heating appliances and systems where required
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
- Working safely and professionally in customer environments
You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime available as required by the business. The role also includes participation in a Saturday on-call rota.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- OFTEC qualification (essential)
- Gas Safe registration (essential)
- LPG qualification (desirable)
- Unvented systems qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar heating engineer role
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- A proactive, positive and reliable attitude
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- A clean, professional appearance
A willingness to train in renewable technologies would be an advantage.
