New Resource Recruitment is partnering with our client to find a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth within their commercial sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage existing clients, develop new business, and play a key role in the growth of a successful company.

The Role

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities
  • Work across a variety of sectors, including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-Road
  • Plan and manage your own schedule, visiting clients and delivering tailored sales presentations
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience, ideally B2B
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially aware and able to solve problems diplomatically
  • Confident presenting solutions to a diverse range of clients
  • Experience in fuel, lubricants, or related industries is desirable, but drive and professionalism are most important
