An established and award-winning Managed Service Provider is seeking a Technical Alignment Engineer to join their growing Service team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on aligning client IT systems with best practices, improving security, and driving ongoing technology improvements. The position involves a mix of on-site and remote work, supporting a wide range of businesses across the South West.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct quarterly audits of client IT systems and infrastructure
- Deliver on-site and remote technical improvements
- Onboard new clients to defined technical standards
- Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
- Support cyber security compliance activities (e.g. Cyber Essentials)
- Provide excellent customer service to users of all technical abilities
Skills & Experience Required
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ IT experience (ideally within an MSP environment)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server & Desktop
- Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Network infrastructure fundamentals
- Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and customer-focused mindset.

- Microsoft certifications (Foundation / Associate level)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent
