New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Melksham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Class 2 HGV vehicles safely and efficiently
- Covering the South West & Midlands region
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic checks
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site and on the road
- Working both independently and as part of a team to meet delivery schedules
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 HGV licence
- Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles is essential
- No more than 6 points
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Shifts Available
- Monday to Friday
- Day and afternoon shifts available
