About the Company

Our client is a respected and internationally active organisation operating within the commercial aviation aftermarket sector. The business specialises in aircraft, engine, and component asset management and support services, working with airlines, lessors, MROs, and aviation partners globally. Due to continued growth and strategic expansion, the company is seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead and develop its engine trading and acquisition activities.

About the Role

This is a newly created senior-level position reporting directly to executive leadership. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company’s engine trading activities, overseeing both existing inventory management and future acquisition strategy. The role will play a key part in driving revenue growth, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening relationships across the aviation aftermarket sector.

The position requires a commercially driven individual with strong technical understanding, market awareness, and an established industry network within the powerplant and engine materials sector. The Business Development Manager Engines will manage the full project lifecycle relating to the acquisition.
