- Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 7–18.
- Assist with daily routines such as self‑care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing.
- Participate in school life and lead educational and life skills activities.
- Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement.
- Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
- Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals.
- Follow a shift pattern (with sleep‑ins) and also have a part‑time option (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month).
Essential Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence.
