New-Reflexions is seeking a Pastoral Specialist to champion a therapeutic, relationship-based culture across the school, helping children and young people develop emotional regulation, resilience and readiness to learn. The postholder will work proactively to reduce barriers to learning and ensure wellbeing and safeguarding stay at the heart of practice. The role focuses on supporting students with SEMH needs to feel safe, connected and ready to engage in learning through trauma-informed approaches.
