Location: Based at our Head Office near Shrewsbury, you will also be required to travel to our homes and schools as required (Shropshire, Wales, Staffordshire, and Cumbria).

Salary: up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Full Time permanent contract - Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences that support our employees throughout their journey with New Reflexions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging, interactive, and informative training sessions to employees across the organisation.
  • Supporting new starters through our induction programme, helping to create a positive and impactful introduction to New Reflexions.
  • Monitoring learner progress and providing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
  • Identifying and escalating any learner concerns to the Training Manager and relevant line managers.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure training content remains relevant, compliant, and aligned with best practice.
  • Liaising with subject matter experts to maintain high-quality specialist training content.
  • Adapting training delivery to meet different learning styles and individual needs.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and administrative documentation.
  • Ensuring training environments are professional, welcoming, and fully prepared for learning sessions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is passionate about learning and development and can build positive relationships with learners at all levels. You’ll ideally have:

Essential
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, coaching, or group learning sessions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good administration and record-keeping abilities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to our homes and schools.
Desirable
  • Experience working within childcare, education, health, social care, or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and different learning styles.
  • A recognised training qualification or accreditation.
  • Experience supporting induction programmes or onboarding new employees.
