New Reflexions' Fitzroy Academy near Shrewsbury is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students aged 7-18 with autism and related needs. You will support a class teacher in small groups or one-to-one sessions, enabling access to bespoke programmes under guidance.
Experience in a special needs setting is preferred; you should be calm, energetic and patient with a positive approach. A full driving licence is preferred and further training will be provided.
