Location: Based from our Head Office in Shrewsbury, this will include travel to our sites across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wales and Cumbria to ensure training and implementation is carried out effectively.
Hours: 3 days per week

We are now looking for an experienced and personable Project Manager to support the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across our homes and services.
About the Role
This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on delivering a successful system implementation across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with our home managers and operational teams, ensuring the rollout is smooth, well-communicated, and embedded effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across multiple residential sites
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver key project milestones within agreed timelines
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Home Managers and operational teams
- Provide clear, practical communication and support to colleagues in the field
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum
- Travel regularly to sites across the business to support implementation
About You
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within multi-site or operational environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively
- A down-to-earth, approachable style – able to engage effectively with frontline teams
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, people-focused environment (not purely desk-based)
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Available to start at short notice
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
