Salary: £35,000 (Full-Time Equivalent, pro rata)

Location: Based from our Head Office in Shrewsbury, this will include travel to our sites across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wales and Cumbria to ensure training and implementation is carried out effectively.

Hours: 3 days per week

We are now looking for an experienced and personable Project Manager to support the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across our homes and services.

About the Role

This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on delivering a successful system implementation across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with our home managers and operational teams, ensuring the rollout is smooth, well-communicated, and embedded effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across multiple residential sites
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver key project milestones within agreed timelines
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Home Managers and operational teams
  • Provide clear, practical communication and support to colleagues in the field
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum
  • Travel regularly to sites across the business to support implementation

About You

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within multi-site or operational environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively
  • A down-to-earth, approachable style – able to engage effectively with frontline teams
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, people-focused environment (not purely desk-based)
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Available to start at short notice
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
