We are recruiting for Residential Support Workers working with children across Shropshire, north Wales and Staffordshire.

Company Overview
New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services to young people who have encountered trauma, leading to emotional and behavioural challenges. Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements.
What You’ll Do
As a vital part of our care team, you’ll support vulnerable young people aged 8–18 with diverse emotional and behavioural needs. Your role will include:
- Building nurturing, respectful relationships
- Supporting with daily routines like meals, hygiene, homework
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-worth
- Participating in school life and leading educational and life skills activities
- Responding calmly to challenging behaviour and emotional distress
- Supporting health and wellbeing needs, including safeguarding and personal care
- Creating a stable, safe, and homely environment in line with care plans
- Following a 2-on / 3-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) and part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month)
