About Us

New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to providing care, education, and therapy services. We support vulnerable young people who need help with daily self-care and personal development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 7–18
  • Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing
  • Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement
  • Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
  • Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals
  • Follow a 2-on / 4-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) plus part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month)

Essential Requirements:

  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help
  • A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations
  • Willingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 training
  • A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive
