Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Shrewsbury. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This includes overseeing performance management processes, providing guidance to leadership, and ensuring the organisation runs effectively from an HR perspective. Additional responsibilities include supporting team development and working collaboratively with various internal departments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Policies and overall Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and UK Employment Law
- Experience with Performance Management and implementing HR practices that drive employee growth
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with diverse teams
- Experience in a care-related field or working with vulnerable populations is an advantage but not essential
