We’ll pay for you to gain your Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, plus all the support and training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do as a Residential Care Worker:
- Build positive, supportive relationships with young people up to 18.
- Assist with daily routines such as self‑care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing.
- Participate in school life and lead educational and life skills activities.
- Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement.
- Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
- Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals.
- Follow a shift pattern (with sleep‑ins).
- Have part‑time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month) as well as full‑time options (sleep‑ins required).
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
- A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations.
- Willingness to complete fully funded QCF Level 3 training.
- A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to cover shifts as we do not use agency staff.
