Location: Alderley Park, Alderley Edge, SK10 4TG (Office based, 5 days per week)
Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm)
About Us: New Red Planet is a payroll company, operating largely in the temporary labour market. Although based in Cheshire, NRP supports clients all around the country from its office at Glasshouse, Alderley Park. As a growing company with ambitious plans for development, NRP is looking for people keen to join our existing customer service team. Employees, clients and visitors enjoy the warm and friendly office atmosphere at NRP. The whole team, including the customer service team, work closely together to ensure a supportive environment for employees and clients alike.
The Role: The role of a Customer Service Representative is to support the Customer Service Team in ensuring that the contractors are onboarded in an efficient manner and clients (Recruitment Agencies) receive an excellent service from the business. The main objectives of this role include:
- Onboarding new starters
- Liaising with agency clients regarding new starters
- Processing and updating new starters on the company portal
- Ensuring contractors and clients receive an excellent service from the customer service team
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inboxes to ensure referrals are received and recorded in a timely manner
- Contact new sales referrals in a timely manner to onboard and register prior to engagement
- Regular contact with agency clients to ensure referral and update process is followed
