Forklift Operator in Thame

Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) – Full Time

Location: Near Thame, Oxfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week + occasional overtime
Salary: £28,500 – £30,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established warehouse operation near Thame. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is seeking a stable, long‑term position with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload and move stock
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for storage or dispatch
• Complete stock checks and ensure correct storage and rotation of products
• Maintain accurate warehouse records using internal systems
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe and well‑organised
• Support general warehouse tasks as required

Requirements

• Valid and in‑date Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good awareness of health & safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Access to own transport (car required) due to site location
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work overtime when needed
