Location:Cowley
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Employment Type:Full-Time, Permanent

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Cowley branch and seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.

What Youll Be Doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:

• Generating new business through sales calls, networking, and client meetings
• Attending client visits to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Attracting and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and assessments
• Performing on-site check-ins and ongoing support for temporary workers
• Managing client requirements from brief to placement with professionalism and urgency

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment or a sales environment is highly desirable
• Confident, proactive, and able to work to KPIs and sales targets
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• A professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A full UK driving license is essential due to the nature of the role (client visits, check-ins, etc.)
