New Recruits Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead and develop our Cowley, Oxford office. This is a hands-on, 360-degree role, ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment or a similar sales-driven industry who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and growing a high-performing team. You will manage a small team of consultants, while also remaining actively involved in business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruitment management, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of recruitment consultants
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and drive branch performance and revenue
- Ensure compliance, high service standards, and recruitment best practice
- Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively to meet targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment activity reporting
- Share on call rota and Out of Hours Mobile phone. Must be flexible to liaise with clients with check-ins on site (earlier starts may be required)
- Take ownership and accountability for your branch progress and personal targets.
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment or a closely related sales-driven industry
- Be able to demonstrate strong sales orientation with a results-focused mindset
- Confident leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a small team
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
- Computer literate, comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, and recruitment software and Microsoft programs.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of branch performance
