Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Cowley branch and seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Generating new business through sales calls, networking, and client meetings
- Attending client visits to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Attracting and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and assessments
- Performing on-site check-ins and ongoing support for temporary workers
- Managing client requirements from brief to placement with professionalism and urgency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or a sales environment is highly desirable
- Confident, proactive, and able to work to KPIs and sales targets
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A full UK driving license is essential due to the nature of the role (client visits, check-ins, etc.)
