We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy security company based in Cowley. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working rotation shifts covering both day and night shifts. Applicants must have a full 5-year checkable work history and be comfortable working independently as part of a professional security team.

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Rotation shifts
Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm & 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
- Responding quickly and effectively to incidents and alarms
- Maintaining accurate incident and activity logs
- Liaising with clients, emergency services, and on-site staff when required
- Answering telephone calls professionally and confidently
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Escalating issues appropriately and following company procedures
- Remaining alert and vigilant throughout shifts
