We are looking for a passionate Head Chef with creativity, flair and plant-based food knowledge to join our team at TWELVE EATERY. Our 38 cover restaurant offers innovative plant-based dishes with high standards of food and service. There are no obvious vegan cues and most of our guests don't even make the connection that the menu is plant-based. Twelve is defined NOT by what's missing but by what it is.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
  • Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
  • Good knowledge of stock taking, stock control and produce rotation
  • Ability to create and develop new dishes and daily specials

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A good command of English is essential
