Prepare Gatley Tandoori’s range of authentic Bangladeshi and Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis and other menu items.. Assist the Head Chef in organising daily preparation lists and preparing the ingredients required for service.. Prepare ingredients, marinades and sauces according to the restaurant’s recipes and menu standards.. Finish, garnish and plate dishes prepared by the Head Chef during busy service periods.. Maintain consistent flavour, portion sizes, food quality and presentation.. Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements to the existing menu.. Keep kitchen work areas clean and follow food hygiene, allergen management and health and safety procedures.
