Salary: Base salary ranging from £32,600 to £37,600, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- The desire and passion to safeguard, motivate, and inspire young people in your care.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, in addition to working closely alongside other external professionals.
- Provide a warm, nurturing and supportive environment for our young people to thrive in.
- Handle challenging behaviour effectively and professionally.
- Make good decisions based on risk assessment and the needs of the children and your colleagues.
- Assist with the day‑to‑day functions of the home and provide care based on specific individual needs.
- Prepare the young people for independent life, supporting them with tasks such as cooking, personal care, behaviour management and general life skills.
- Work collaboratively with various multi‑agencies, such as Social Services, the NHS, and the Police, to engineer the best outcomes for our children.
