As a Bank Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people in a therapeutic environment using our PACE approach (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe, warm, and nurturing environment
- Supporting young people with daily routines, including cooking, personal care, and life skills
- Managing and responding to challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner
