We’re looking for energetic, organised leaders to manage shifts in our fast-paced Domino’s store — ensuring service, quality, and teamwork are always on top.

Your responsibilities:

  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
  • Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
  • Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
  • Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
  • Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
  • Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
  • Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
  • Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions

What you’ll need:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
  • A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
