Your responsibilities:
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
- Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
