We’re looking for energetic, organised leaders to manage shifts in our fast-paced Domino’s store — ensuring service, quality, and teamwork are always on top.

Your responsibilities:
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
- Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
- Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
- Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
- Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
