Personal Assistant – C-Suite

Pay rate: £25 per hour

Duration: 3 Months

Location: London City

Fully office-based – Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

The role

This position offers variety and responsibility, with a significant focus on coordinating a major seasonal company event. From venue visits and menu selection to supplier negotiation and budget management, you\’ll be hands-on in delivering a high-profile, memorable occasion. Alongside this, you\’ll provide professional PA support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth running of their schedules and communications.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the executive team, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating a large-scale seasonal company event, including venue sourcing, logistics, supplier management, and budget control.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipating needs, prioritising effectively, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
