Temporary HR Administrator – Guildford | £15 per hour | Temporary role for 2 months. Immediate start. Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?

Our client, a well-established property company in Guildford, is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, offering £15 per hour. You’ll play a key role in supporting the busy HR department with a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the shared HR inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Supporting employee onboarding and liaising with HR, Learning and Development, and Talent teams
  • Maintaining HR records and supporting the payroll and benefits process
  • Assisting HR Advisors with ER case admin – letters, note-taking, and documentation
  • Updating policies and handling contractual paperwork
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and GDPR

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR support/admin role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • A team player with a hands-on attitude
