Salary: £15 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay
Contract: 3 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days + Saturday rota). Monday‑Friday 10:00‑18:00. Saturday 08:15‑16:00.
Requirements:
- Valid DBS required.
- Immediate availability.
- Experience in customer service role engaging directly with the public in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day processing of visa applications and renewals.
- Greet customers and support completion and checking of applications.
- Obtain biometric data and other required documentation.
- Follow established filing and administration processes guided by a computer‑based system.
- Engage with applicants to provide a positive service and handle complaints diplomatically.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrable customer service experience.
- Adaptability under pressure.
