Overview
Accounts assistant role at NEW MEDIA CONCEPT SP. z o.o. – West End (Hybrid). Salary £32,000-35,000. This is a credit control and sales ledger position within a prestigious talent agency, supporting the finance team behind over 2,000 high-profile corporate events each year.
Responsibilities
- Managing and reconciling invoices using Xero and internal systems
- Overseeing client invoice submission platforms and ensuring timely payments
- Proactively contributing to credit control and revenue collection
- Liaising with sales and operations to manage the process from sale to invoicing to collections
- Handling client documentation to meet contractual and compliance requirements
- Maintaining positive, professional relationships with clients
- Tracking sales receipts and managing cash collection (electronic, card, cheque)
- Responding to invoice and payment enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing weekly credit control reports for the Finance Manager and Director
- Supporting ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required
What we\'re looking for
- Solid experience in sales ledger and credit control
- Familiarity with Xero or Sage 50 and strong Excel skills
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
