Overview

Part Time Temporary Customer Service Representative – London – afternoon hours and Saturday. Monday – Friday 3.00pm – 7.00pm. Every Saturday 8.15am – 4.15pm. Β£15.00 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay. Until March 2026. Office based. Valid DBS required. Immediate availability needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day processing of visa applications and renewals. This will include greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation.
  • Follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.
  • Engage with applicants to provide a positive service. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and assertively.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • A valid DBS check is required; a copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
  • Immediate availability needed.
