Overview
Part Time Temporary Customer Service Representative β London β afternoon hours and Saturday. Monday β Friday 3.00pm β 7.00pm. Every Saturday 8.15am β 4.15pm. Β£15.00 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay. Until March 2026. Office based. Valid DBS required. Immediate availability needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day processing of visa applications and renewals. This will include greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation.
- Follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.
- Engage with applicants to provide a positive service. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and assertively.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- A valid DBS check is required; a copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
- Immediate availability needed.
